S1:E20 - It's All A Screwy Mess

An Adorable Anton S1:E20 entitled "It's All A Screwy Mess", is the season finale and it is as serious as a heart attack. Scratch that, it is more serious than a heart attack. It's about a man, we'll call him Anton, who has a terminal disease and in the last hundred years, his disease has a perfect 0.0% survival rate. I do believe that it nudges out a heart attack by a margin no thicker than a piece of dental floss, maybe by a slightly larger margin, like Ronzoni #9 linguini. I believe many of us subscribe to the rule that you cannot take yourself to seriously and it's healthier to have a sense of humor always, especially in hard times. More will be revealed and contemplated in the following paragraphs. I have been watching a shit ton of of documentaries and limited series' about music. Yesterday I watched the first two episodes of a limited series on the importance and impact of music from 1971. So, that is today's playlist and I'll pepper in 1970

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest - best film ever If anyone can guess the movie I lifted the today's blog title from, I will be very impressed. I'll give a hint; amongst the notable cast are Tom Berenger, Michael Paré, and Joe Pantaliano. Answer will be at the bottom of blog. What is your all time favorite movie and why? Mine hasn't changed since 1976. At first, it was The Sting. Newman and Redford are two of the greatest costars ever and badass cool. But once I saw One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, nothing could top it. It had all the finest ingredients; writing, directing and a dream cast with incredible acting chops. Man versus man and man versus establishment. A perfect film and it takes place all in one location, except for the boat trip. It was only the second film to win the top five Oscars; picture, director, screenplay, actor and actress. The first was It Happened One Night in 1934 with Clark Gable & Claudette Colbert. One last trivia note; Burt Reynolds

Charles Darwin vs. Sarah Palin Charles Darwin or Sarah Palin, which person is correct? Do you believe in evolution or do you believe that all people stemmed from Adam & Eve and dinosaurs existed with mankind. If you believe Sarah's version I may have to have you whacked. Just kidding, kind of. That was just a fun icebreaker to what as I see as the real question for me. Is every thought, feeling, emotion, intelligence level and action pre-determined and our DNA doesn't allow for any derivatives? Has God, a Higher Power or our own DNA  have a blueprint and any choices we think we make are already made for us? Remember the episode of Seinfeld where George does the exact  opposite of every instinct he ever had? Did he really have free will or did an unknown force exist, whom already knew those decisions before they happened? Or is door # 2 correct? Do we have free will and our choices are unknown to any entity outside of our own DNA? Say I am a sedentary couch potato my whole l
